* For purchases over €499 (excluding VAT) to mainland Portugal, postage is free.

• Up to 24 hours via carriers CTTExpresso e Campos&Cadilhe;

• During festive seasons, delivery dates may be exceeded due to the large flow of shipments from the carriers.

• Every Wednesday, deliveries are made to the freight forwarders responsible for sending the goods from mainland Portugal to Madeira (usually Salém Transitários). The arrival of your order in Madeira may vary depending on the weather. As a rule, the goods will reach the archipelago within a week.

• Las entregas en este país se realizan en un plazo de 48/72 horas mediante Envialia e Tourline Express (CTT);

• Deliveries to the main European cities are made within 72 hours by GLS e TNT;

• We are open to suggestions of other carriers from our customers, and we also allow the customer to collect from our warehouse with their own contracted transport.
