Amorim Gerações aims to simplify the entire purchase process from the very beginning.

We want to answer any questions you may have, and if you still have any, please don´t hesitate to contact us.

You need a valid legal person number (NIPC) or a tax identification number with a valid activity registration. In the case of the former, you must send the number or a copy of the permanent certificate.



A responsible person will check that the registration data entered is in accordance with our requirements, in particular by validating the Finance Portal.



Once your registration has been approved, you can access the platform, view prices and make your purchases.

The minimum amount for a purchase is 75€ (Without VAT).  Browse the Amorim Gerações website and add the products to your shopping basket.  


We offer postage (mainland Portugal only), on purchases over €499 (excluding VAT)


Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a stockout, the customer will be contacted to inform them of the item´s availability and will be offered alternatives if they are of interest. Our warehouse team has extensive knowledge of all our products to help you make your decision. Don´t hesitate to ask any questions you may have.


Orders will be processed within 3 working days, except during festive seasons when the flow of work increases.

We have 4 payment methods available.


Payment by ATM – No need to send proof
Bank Transfer – To confirm your payment more quickly, please send us the receipt.
Paypal – A monetary request will be sent to you via Paypal. Administrative costs may apply.
MBWay – You must have a registered cell phone number to receive payment information.


*If you do not pay within 10 days, your order will be canceled. To prevent this from happening, please contact us to justify the delay. We understand the various situations that may arise.

You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of payment, from which point any further additions are expressly forbidden. Your order is ready to be shipped.

Depending on the place of delivery, we choose the carrier that offers the best service/price for the customer.


Portugal Continental: CTT Expresso - Delivery takes 24 hours


Madeira:Shipments to Madeira are made every Wednesday. The choice of freight forwarder is up to the customer, and we will deliver the goods to them free of charge.


Açores:We do not ship to the Azores, but if you wish, we can send your contact details to Miguelinos Têxteis Lda. This company is our business partner and sells exclusively to the Azorean market.


Espanha: Envalia e Tourline Express - Deliveries made within 48/72h


Rest of the world: GLS e TNT - Deadlines may vary depending on the destination

If your order is in transit in Portugal, it is rarely necessary to track it, but if necessary you can use the Tracking ID to track the status of the delivery.


In the case of deliveries made outside Portugal, you will always be provided with the Tracking ID to track your order.


In the event of any situation, please do not hesitate to contact us or the carrier.

Our customers are entitled to an exchange or refund if the products they have received are defective or incorrect in relation to the order form. The return must be made within 10 working days of receipt of the order.
