Exchanges and Returns

• The conditions for accepting products are:
- Products that are in perfect condition;
- Products with the original label (if the label has been cut off, it must be inserted with the product, inside the packaging);
- Properly packaged products;
- Products with no signs of use;
- Complete products, with all the items that go with them.

• If the product is incorrect or has an anomaly, Amorim Gerações will bear the transportation costs;
When the product is in normal condition and the customer only wishes to exchange it, the exchange/return postage will be borne by the customer.

• To start the returns process, the customer must contact us via e-mail: [email protected], explaining the status of the order. If the defect/incorrect order is found, we will proceed with the process.
To return, you must put the item(s) in their original packaging or similar, along with a copy of the order form and/or invoice.
If you wish to receive the correct item first, you will have to pay for it (excluding postage). We will credit the incorrect item as soon as it arrives at our premises;
Upon receipt of the product(s), we will check that they match the value of the products in your current account.
Note: The buyer is responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they have been properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transportation. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Support chat.

• Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned items have been inspected by our team. Once the return has been approved, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be made by Amorim Gerações. The credit can remain in your current account to be deducted from a future order, or you can provide us with an IBAN to transfer the amount.
